✨ GENERAL QUESTIONS ✨
Jacki Cone Ink is not currently taking custom sticker orders. This may change next summer but during the school year it isn't possible for me to keep up with custom orders!
Jacki Cone Ink Stickers are water-resistant and have a laminate finish or vinyl finish depending on whether it’s matte or glossy, hand-wash is still highly recommended. Stickers may not retain quality if submerged in water for long periods of time. Additionally, I do not recommend putting them in the dishwasher, HIGH TEMPS = BAD FOR STICKERS
✨ INCORRECT ADDRESSES ✨
JCI is not responsible for lost or returned orders due to incorrect shipping addresses. Please double check your address before checking out. When orders are sent, they are sent with the EXACT address that you inputted, they are not manually inputted and therefore the seller, does not assume any responsibility for incorrect addresses. Buyers will be responsible for additional shipping charges should their address be inputted in correctly. In the case that an order is completely lost due to an incorrect address, buyer will be responsible for the cost of the replacement.
✨DELAYS and/or LOST ORDERS✨
USPS is currently experiencing shipping delays. Please wait up to 14 business days (M-F excluding holidays) but no longer than 45 days from the day your order has shipped to reach out to us about a lost order.

✨PROCESSING TIME✨
JCI processing time varies per product. Most non-custom stickers are process in 3-5 business days whereas custom stickers are made to order and hand-drawn, please allow 7-9 days for processing. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. **Please remember processing time is separate from shipping time.
✨ TRACKING INFORMATION ✨
Tracking is *technically* available on every order, but normal First-class Mail is no longer being scanned by USPS. You will be alerted when your order has been processed by JCI and then your order status will simply stay as “pre-transit.” This is a pain, I know, but the USPS, due to staffing shortages has made this decision. If you did not choose the “TRACKED” or “PRIORITY MAIL” shipping options during check-out, tracking is not available and thus we are not responsible for lost orders. Use this option at your own risk. USPS is still experiencing tracking issues and shipping delays all around. We appreciate your patience!
✨ WHERE IS MY ORDER?✨
USPS is currently experiencing serious shipping delays and tracking issues. We apologize on their behalf- we understand this can be very frustrating! Please wait up to 14 business days (M-F excluding holidays) but no more than 45 days from the day your order has shipped to reach out to us about a lost order. We will then work with you to figure out the best course of action and ensure you receive your order.
